Manage daily logistics operations including transportation and dispatch, ensuring timely delivery through vehicle arrangement and shipment tracking.
Handle logistics documentation such as E-Way Bills, LR/GR, Delivery Challans, Invoices, and resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or damages.
Maintain logistics records, verify transporter bills for payment processing, and prepare periodic MIS reports while supporting cost optimization for freight/logistics expenses.
Minimum Requirements
1-4 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Transportation, Dispatch, or Supply Chain.
Graduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field required.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics documentation processes.
Location requirement: Mumbai - Wada with face-to-face interview at Borivali.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing end-to-end logistics operations in manufacturing, FMCG, packaging, or distribution sectors is preferred.
Comfortable working with logistics software/tools such as ERP and skilled in handling transportation documentation and billing.
Able to coordinate effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholders including transporters, drivers, suppliers, accounts, and dispatch teams.
