Senior Software Development Engineer

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality, scalable software used by large financial and technology firms.

Lead technical design and architectural decisions, drive feature development through full lifecycle, and improve system quality and performance.

Mentor junior developers, participate actively in Agile processes, and manage critical, highly available services including monitoring production systems.

7+ years professional experience with industry-leading programming languages (Java/Python).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Experience with SDLC & Agile methodologies and production system monitoring.

Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), messaging systems (Cloud Pub/Sub, Kafka, or SQS/SNS), and demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.

Experienced in building scalable backend services including microservices, polyglot storage, messaging systems, and data pipelines.

Able to handle complex distributed systems with knowledge of big data and NoSQL technologies (Hadoop, Spark, DynamoDB, etc.).

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills to lead design discussions and mentor others effectively.
