Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 years of technical experience including 6+ years as a Salesforce developer with experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Sales Cloud/CPQ.
Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows and integration technologies including REST and SOAP APIs.
Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple time zones (UK, US, APAC).
Work Experience Required: Minimum 8 years total technical experience; 6+ years Salesforce development experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in product-led engineering environments with exposure to CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-native architectures.
Ability to work autonomously within agile, self-organized squads and handle technical ownership from design to support.
Familiarity with financial markets and prior exposure to ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, or CPQ technologies is preferred but not mandatory.
