Lead Developer - React

Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern frontend technologies.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code review guidance to frontend development teams while driving frontend architecture and design decisions focusing on scalability, performance, maintainability, accessibility, and security.

Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality software integrating RESTful APIs and cloud-native frontend hosting solutions on AWS and/or GCP.

10+ years of frontend/web application development experience including 2+ years in a technical leadership or Lead Developer role.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Expert-level proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, state management libraries (Redux, Context API, or Redux Toolkit), and REST API integration.

Working knowledge of AWS and/or GCP; strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).

Experienced in leading cross-functional Agile/Scrum frontend teams and driving technical architecture decisions for enterprise-scale React.js applications.

Proficient in optimizing application performance, improving user experience, and implementing responsive, cross-browser compatible solutions in cloud-native environments.

Comfortable integrating frontend with backend microservices and managing full lifecycle delivery within a modern, fast-paced tech environment.
