IN_Specialist 3_Post merger integration_DDV_Advisory_Gurgaon

Lead post-merger integration strategy including operating model blueprinting and multi-phase integration planning (Day 1, Day 100, long-term).

Manage end-to-end integration projects covering risk, dependencies, issue resolution, synergy tracking, and coordination with functional owners.

Conduct pre-deal operational assessments, synergy planning, and support carve-out management activities including divestiture management office functions and transitional service agreements.

5-7 years of relevant work experience in post-merger integration and/or deal advisory with consulting background.

MBA degree from a Tier 1 institute is required.

Experience managing large scale, cross-functional transformation and integration programs.

Work with global teams including clients and internal PwC teams (remote and onsite collaboration).

Experienced in strategy development and implementation for post-merger integration and carve-outs.

Proven skills in program/project management across multiple functional areas (e.g., HR, Finance, MIS).

Background in management consulting with a strong focus on operational and synergy assessments in M&A contexts.
