Own and architect the enterprise data platform leveraging Azure, Snowflake, and dbt including design, development, scaling, and performance optimization.
Lead and manage a team of 4–8 data engineers ensuring best practices in pipeline engineering, ELT transformations, CI/CD, automated testing, and governance.
Collaborate with data architects, BI leads, and business stakeholders to deliver robust, secure, and cost-efficient data platform features aligned with analytics needs.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Analytics Engineering.
3+ years hands-on experience with Snowflake (Clustering, Tasks, Streams, Snowpipe, Zero-Copy Clone, Resource Monitors).
3+ years expert-level experience with dbt (Cloud/Core production, macros, custom tests, semantic layer).
3+ years experience with Microsoft Azure services (ADLS Gen2, Azure Data Factory, Azure Key Vault, Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, Azure DevOps).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to design and optimize scalable, cost-efficient ELT/ELT architectures using modern cloud data platforms (Azure & Snowflake).
Experienced leader capable of managing and mentoring mid-sized data engineering teams with strong DevOps practice implementation.
Technically hands-on with advanced SQL, Python/PySpark, and infrastructure automation in a hybrid cloud data engineering environment.
