Minimum Requirements
5+ years applied software engineering experience with 2+ years leadership managing complex technical teams.
Hands-on expertise with Rest Assured (API automation) and Playwright (UI/E2E automation).
Experience in performance/load testing strategy and execution with JMeter or equivalent tools.
Experience leading multi-team adoption of AI-assisted development and delivery tools with governance and security considerations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in software testing/quality engineering managing SDET/QE teams at scale across multiple regions or business units.
Proven ability to drive AI-enabled testing transformation and implement automation intelligence across teams.
Strong communicator comfortable presenting quality strategy and metrics to senior and executive leadership, with a deep understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and microservices.
