Develop and execute performance and non-functional testing strategies for telecommunications platforms and services.
Analyze performance test results, communicate findings, and resolve performance issues collaborating with cross-functional teams including application teams, product owners, IT Operations, and vendors.
Maintain and improve testing processes, tools, automation, and deliverables in cloud, CRM, Middleware, microservices, and CI/CD environments.
Minimum Requirements
Experience: Proven performance software testing experience in multinational, distributed environments.
Technical skills: Proficiency with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, SOAP UI; knowledge of Java/JVM performance, databases, application monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, HP Diagnostics).
Scripting and automation: Ability in C, Java, SQL, shell scripting, and test automation methodologies.
Other: Fluent English communication; willingness to travel to Europe intermittently as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in performance testing within large-scale telecommunications environments involving Cloud, CRM, Middleware, Kubernetes, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Capable of translating non-functional requirements and volumetric data into effective test scenarios and automating reusable testing assets.
Comfortable collaborating in multinational, matrix organizations communicating technical details effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.
