Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in software testing or quality engineering roles.
Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman, Newman, or similar.
Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, automation reliability, test reporting, and release validation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in defining and executing risk-based test strategies on complex software products across multiple testing types (UI, API, integration, security, performance).
Technical leader with history of mentoring QA teams and implementing automation frameworks and CI/CD quality gates.
Strong collaborator able to communicate quality risks and advocate for early defect prevention with engineering and business stakeholders.
