Engineering Manager

Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team of 10–15 engineers, focusing on technical and professional growth.

Drive end-to-end delivery of scalable, robust distributed systems supporting millions of global users with emphasis on uptime, data protection, and speed.

Define technical roadmap, handle technical debt, integrate AI/ML technologies, and collaborate cross-functionally to align engineering efforts with business goals.

Minimum 4 years professional experience in developing cloud-native, distributed systems.

Experience managing engineering teams of 10 or more in fast-paced, high-output environments.

Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go, and frontend frameworks like React or Angular with 2–3 years experience.

Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure including Kubernetes and CI/CD automation.

Experienced in e-commerce or product-driven companies with a strong focus on scalable platform architecture and microservices design.

Able to work cross-functionally with product, security, data, and systems teams to deliver user-centric features.

Hands-on technical leader who maintains active involvement in codebase and architectural decisions while mentoring team members.
