Minimum Requirements
3+ years professional experience, preferably with a startup mindset and strong willingness to learn.
Proficient in Python, Go, or Java with relevant web framework experience; expertise in Kubernetes and containerization required.
Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB), cloud services (AWS or Azure), and solution architecture.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong backend engineering focus with experience taking features end-to-end including design, integration, QA, and delivery.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring stakeholder collaboration and ownership.
