Strong expertise in large-scale distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) including cloud-native services and security best practices.

Solid computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

Experienced technical leader skilled at influencing cross-team architecture and strategy without direct authority.

Strong background in observability, reliability engineering, and platform/tooling improvements to boost engineering productivity.

Familiar with AI-assisted development integration and able to connect AI initiatives to measurable business and engineering outcomes.
