Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is mandatory; Master's preferred.
Strong experience in curriculum design, competency framework development, and capability-building programs.
Experience engaging with universities, academic institutions, and industry bodies; sector experience in engineering, manufacturing, electronics, aerospace, defence, or industrial technology preferred.

Proven track record in developing technical capability frameworks and workforce readiness programs at enterprise scale.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry bodies.
