About This Role

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using VBA, Python, RPA, SQL, and Microsoft Office tools to streamline business processes and reporting.

Create and maintain SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and business analyses using tools like Power BI and Tableau.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, support API integrations, AI-assisted automation, and document technical solutions.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.

3-5 years of experience as an Automation Engineer.

Advanced proficiency in Excel/VBA, Microsoft Office automation, RPA/Power Automate, Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Willingness to work day shift and flexible for night shift if needed; Location: Chennai.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in end-to-end automation development including scripting, workflow automation, and business intelligence reporting.

Familiar with API integrations, AI-assisted automation, and emerging AI technologies such as OpenAI APIs and Large Language Models.

Comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional environments focusing on continuous process improvements and scalable automation solutions.
