Lead solution design and participate in presales activities including RFP responses and technical proposal creation, collaborating with sales and leadership.

8+ years of professional experience in technology roles.

Expertise in at least one of these technology areas: Frontend/UI Architecture, AI/Data Engineering, Microservices with Java & Cloud Native, or Commerce Technologies.

Demonstrated experience in retail or ecommerce solution landscapes such as omnichannel, order management, customer analytics, or supply chain digitization.

Strong foundation in software design, integration patterns, and system scalability.

Experienced technologist capable of strategic architectural leadership in retail technology environments and cross-functional collaboration among data, applications, infrastructure, and CX teams.

Proven ability to translate business goals into scalable technology solutions aligned with enterprise strategy and to manage senior-level stakeholder engagements and escalations.

Mentoring-oriented leader with a track record of elevating technical maturity and building reusable architectural assets in complex, client-facing projects.
