Own end-to-end program management for the Global Integrated Operations Command Center (GIOC) build and operational readiness, coordinating multiple technical and operational teams.
Drive delivery of automation, observability, monitoring dashboards, and operational processes to enable 24x7 GIOC operations.
Manage dependencies, risks, executive stakeholder communications, and ensure on-time launch readiness and team onboarding success.
Minimum Requirements
6–9 years experience as Technical Program Manager or related role in cloud infrastructure, data center, networking, security, SRE, or engineering environments.
Proven track record delivering complex multi-team technical programs from requirements through production readiness.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure monitoring, alerting, incident management, and agile delivery with engineering teams.
Work Experience Required: 6–9 years as Technical Program Manager or equivalent in relevant technical domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing highly technical programs involving infrastructure, security, or SRE teams in globally distributed environments.
Capable of translating operational requirements into technical PRDs and managing cross-team dependencies and agile execution.
Comfortable working with senior/executive stakeholders and driving alignment and governance in complex, ambiguous programs.
