Product Owner

Translate product strategy, customer needs, and business priorities into clear priorities and backlog items for engineering teams.

Own, prioritize, and refine the team backlog ensuring alignment with Product Management and timely product decisions throughout the development lifecycle.

Collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and UX to support product discovery, manage dependencies, and validate customer problems enabling secure, scalable solution delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

12+ years of overall industry experience in technology and software product development.

3–5 years experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent product-focused role.

Experience working with complex enterprise software products or platforms and strong understanding of Agile software development practices.

Experienced in managing product backlogs and making product decisions balancing new features, technical enablers, and quality/security requirements in complex software environments.

Ability to engage effectively in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, architecture, and product teams, preferably with distributed/global teams.

Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS platforms, mobile ecosystems, REST APIs, security/cybersecurity concepts, and complex system integrations.
