Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in fields such as Data Strategy, Business Analytics, L&D, or Tech Transformation.
Advanced skills in Python programming, LangChain, LangGraph, prompt and context engineering, and Git.
Onsite position based in Bangalore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in AI/ML product customization and scaling within enterprise settings, especially GenAI solutions.
Proficient in agentic design patterns, workflow orchestration, and modern data platforms like Databricks.
Capable of collaborating with product teams to influence AI product roadmap and improve operational reliability.
