Own predictable delivery of complex enterprise software programs from kickoff through production launch, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Establish and maintain delivery plans, governance cadences, milestones, scope/change control, and executive communication including risk and status updates.
Manage delivery economics, staffing forecasts, readiness reviews, and customer trust while partnering with Solution Architecture and Customer Success teams.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years in enterprise software implementation, technical program management, or consulting delivery with direct client-facing experience (preferably in US or UK).
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Science, or a related technical field is mandatory.
PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification required.
Ability to overlap with APAC or US time zones and location: Bengaluru (Remote).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multiple mid-sized projects simultaneously with fixed-time, fixed-price or SLA-based managed services.
Proven skills in commercial management covering SOWs, change requests, utilization, and margin, along with handling matrixed, multi-location teams.
Strong executive communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ members including direct people management.
