Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 years in testing with at least 3 years in test automation and project management.
Experience in desktop-based automation on Windows platforms using tools like FlaUI, WinAppDriver, TestComplete, or WhiteFramework preferred.
Hands-on experience with UiPath, script review, test design, non-functional testing, and applying healthcare regulatory requirements in testing.
Must be available immediately; location: Bangalore; familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and AI-assisted testing tools.

Experienced leader comfortable managing cross-functional teams in regulated healthcare product automation testing.
Technically proficient in both hands-on automation and strategic oversight, with ability to interpret complex compliance requirements.
Adapts to emerging AI-assisted testing trends and able to align technical and business requirements effectively.
