Develop high-quality visual assets and scalable UI components ensuring visual consistency, accessibility (WCAG AA), and alignment with production code.
Establish and manage design system contribution models, documentation, training, and collaboration with engineering and product teams including AI tooling integration.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years in digital product design with experience creating and maintaining enterprise-grade design systems in B2B or B2B2C environments.
Proficiency in Figma advanced features including design tokens, component properties, auto-layout, and library publishing.
Strong knowledge of frontend technologies (React, Angular, Material UI) to collaborate with engineering.
Deep understanding and application of WCAG AA accessibility standards in component design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience leading cross-functional design system initiatives interfacing with Design, Engineering, and Product Strategy leadership.
Strong technical fluency enabling effective communication and collaboration with frontend developers.
Capable of establishing multi-team contribution frameworks and leading workshops to ensure widespread adoption and cohesion of design system.
