Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline required; Master’s or PhD with relevant experience also acceptable.
3-5 years related experience (Bachelor’s) or 2 years (Master’s) or 0-2 years (PhD) in data science or analytics supporting engineering or technical organizations.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
Experience developing dashboards and analytics using tools like Power BI and/or Tableau.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with engineering data types and workflows across mechanical, electrical, hardware, and firmware development.
Strong background in data integration, automation, and analytics workflows including programming skills.
Track record of improving data integrity, automation, and standardization in fast-paced, regulated R&D environments; able to collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and leadership.
