Support Product Owners to maintain and optimize airline connections in production.
Monitor KPIs and airline portfolio performance, identify trends and address incidents across airline connections.
Create reports, dashboards, and alerts; act as first point of contact for customer support tickets and communicate with stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
2-3+ years experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst.
Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as JIRA, Kibana, Grafana, BitBucket, Looker, Splunk.
Work mode is hybrid with 2 days in office per week and multiple shifts including morning, afternoon, and night.
Work Experience Required: 2-3+ years in product or business analysis; experience in travel industry preferred.

Experienced in a data-driven product or business analyst role within travel or related industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; capable of root cause analysis and working under pressure with shifting contexts.
