Create and maintain an environment that enables Agile teams to deliver high-quality software aligned with business objectives.
Facilitate key Agile events such as PI Planning, iteration execution, and team ceremonies to ensure progress and remove impediments.
Drive continuous improvement by improving work flow using Kanban, building high-performing teams, and enhancing ART (Agile Release Train) performance and cross-team collaboration.
Minimum Requirements
At least 8 years experience in a Scrum Master or Team Coach role.
Required certification in Scrum such as CSM, SSM, or PSM (including advanced certifications like CSP or PSM II).
Experience with Agile frameworks beyond Scrum, including SAFe, Kanban, and XP, and practical knowledge of Agile techniques and tools (Jira, Confluence, Mural).
Domain experience: Preferably in Health Insurance domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader with strong facilitation skills capable of managing multiple teams within Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
Strategic understanding of business objectives with ability to prioritize development work based on value and deliver measurable outcomes.
Proficient in Agile coaching and mentoring, fostering team psychological safety, and enabling continuous learning and improvement with transparent communication.
