Client Services Associate Project Manager

Coordinate and execute client service projects, ensuring client requirements and quality standards are met from planning through close-out.

Translate client requirements into operational tasks, monitor progress, and provide proactive updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Manage review platform tasks (Relativity/DMX), handle client data intake/troubleshooting, and support project-specific reporting and budget adherence.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Minimum 4-5 years overall experience with at least 2 years in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, attorney role, or eDiscovery service provider.

Hands-on experience working with Relativity review platform.

Willingness and flexibility to work night shifts and occasional weekends.

Experienced in fast-paced service delivery environments, especially eDiscovery or legal support sectors.

Capable of managing multiple simultaneous projects with attention to detail and quality.

Strong client relationship management skills with proactive communication and white-glove service approach.
