Lead automation and integration of engineering workflows using Python and MATLAB to enhance productivity and support Digital Twin and enterprise applications.
Minimum Requirements
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in electric motor design including 2D and 3D motor geometry development.
Minimum 3 years experience with hybrid and electric propulsion systems.
Proficiency with electric motor design and simulation tools (e.g., Motor-CAD, Maxwell) and programming in Python and MATLAB for automation and model development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in automotive electrified powertrain development with domain expertise in electromagnetic, thermal, NVH, and multi-physics motor simulation.
Skilled in engineering workflow automation, digital engineering tools, and integration of simulation and optimization frameworks within large/global engineering organizations.
Able to manage engineering data, configuration, and lead continuous improvement initiatives driving digital transformation and model-based engineering.
