Support and administer enterprise DevOps platforms including CI/CD tools, artifact repositories, source control, and deployment automation.
Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures, agent/runner issues, access/permissions problems, and platform integrations ensuring platform reliability and security.
Design, engineer, and automate platform enhancements to improve developer productivity, security compliance, resilience, and software delivery speed.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, release/build engineering, or related roles.
Hands-on experience supporting CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Experience with Git-based source control platforms and artifact management tools such as JFrog Artifactory or Nexus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience; relevant certifications preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end DevOps platforms with strong expertise in automation, security, and operational support across multiple tools and cloud environments.
Able to collaborate effectively with development, infrastructure, security, release, and operations teams to improve pipeline patterns and platform reliability.
Skilled in troubleshooting complex platform issues, implementing disaster recovery, high availability, and sustainable infrastructure usage practices.
