Lead end-to-end management and scaling of digital weather forecast dissemination programs to millions of smallholder farmers in India, ensuring alignment with partner strategies and sustainable government integration.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (product, research, agronomy, communications) and collaborate with government stakeholders for program co-design, implementation, and institutionalization.
Own program execution including work plans, budgets, timelines; represent PxD in external stakeholder engagements and contribute to learning and fundraising efforts.
Minimum Requirements
7-10+ years of experience in strategy, program management, implementation, preferably in public sector initiatives.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public policy, agriculture, economics, business, development studies, or related field.
Existing authorization to work in India; PxD does not sponsor visas for this role.
Experience working within or closely with government institutions to scale programs is highly preferred.
