Minimum Requirements
14–20 years of overall work experience with strong project management and SDLC exposure.
Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred.
Sound knowledge of SAP ERP and Master Data Management concepts plus working knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases.
Experience using project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams; Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex global SAP ERP and MDM software delivery projects across multiple methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps).
Strong at stakeholder engagement including client communication, managing scope changes, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
Leadership capability to build, motivate, and upskill diverse cross-functional teams while ensuring consistent delivery standards and documentation compliance.
