Minimum Requirements
10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in people management.
Proven expertise in Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, and distributed systems.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
Deep understanding of card payments domain including payment lifecycle and network operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader capable of managing cross-functional teams in delivering large-scale distributed systems in payments domain.
Technical expertise in Java-centric architectures, cloud-native transformations, and microservices modernization initiatives.
