Own end-to-end data collection, validation, and organization from multiple project management platforms to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Analyze project data to identify trends and insights, supporting decision-making across global commercial real estate projects.
Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and other tools to track KPIs, budget, and resource utilization for project teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or related field (Associate degree acceptable with relevant experience).
2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or related analytical roles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling, and statistical functions.
On-site location requirement: Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced working with multiple project management tools (AdaptiveWork, Ingenious, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams) for data extraction and analysis.
Skilled in data visualization and report/dashboard creation using Power BI or similar platforms.
Able to maintain data quality and provide analytical support to project teams in professional services or commercial real estate environments.
