Minimum Requirements
8-12+ years experience in Facilities Management, Workplace Management, or Corporate Real Estate.
Experience managing large corporate campuses, commercial properties, or integrated facilities portfolios.
On-site location: Chennai, TN, working 6 days a week with 48 scheduled weekly hours.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record managing large teams and multiple service partners in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
Experienced in stakeholder management and client engagement focusing on operational excellence and workplace experience improvements.
