Support management of technical facilities operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG, UPS, STP/WTP, BMS, fire & life safety systems in a corporate workplace environment in Chennai.
Ensure execution of preventive maintenance programs, monitor asset performance, and coordinate breakdown resolution to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with vendors, support statutory compliance and safety initiatives, prepare operational reports, and drive continuous improvement for system reliability and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
4-8 years of experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations, or Technical Services.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
Knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical distribution, fire safety systems, preventive maintenance planning, and vendor management.
On-site location requirement in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong foundation in building systems and facilities engineering with ability to troubleshoot and coordinate in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with corporate real estate, commercial buildings, or large integrated facilities.
Familiarity with BMS, Energy Management Systems, sustainability practices, and statutory compliance management.
