Facilities Executive

Oversee and manage technical operations and maintenance of building systems including cooling/heating, plumbing, electrical, and lighting to ensure compliance with preventive maintenance standards and manufacturer recommendations.

Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs, risk and safety practices, energy conservation measures, and vendor management to reduce operational interruptions and control utility costs.

Conduct regular inspections, audits, training, maintain equipment databases, manage statutory compliance, and report on site facilities management performance and savings initiatives.

Minimum 5 years experience in Facility Management, including Soft Service; Engineering graduate with minimum 2 years experience or Diploma graduate with 4+ years relevant experience.

Tertiary qualifications in property, building, or facilities management and contract administration experience required.

On-site work location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Strong knowledge of Occupational Safety standards and compliance; experience with tendering and service improvement initiatives.

Experienced in both technical facility operations and contract/vendor management with capacity to lead maintenance staff and interact with diverse client stakeholders.

Capable of implementing and monitoring preventive maintenance schedules and compliance protocols in a commercial real estate environment.

Adept at coordinating statutory audits, driving energy conservation and cost-saving initiatives, and providing leadership within a structured facilities management framework.
