Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and client-specific EHS requirements through risk assessments, audits, incident prevention and investigation, and emergency preparedness.
Drive environmental sustainability initiatives and manage EHS reporting, contractor safety programs, and stakeholder engagement to foster a proactive safety culture.
Minimum Requirements
8-12+ years of EHS experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Corporate, or Industrial environments.
Mandatory ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification or ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Certification.
Work location: On-site in Chennai, Tamil Nadu with a 6-day workweek and 48 scheduled weekly hours.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related discipline preferred; NEBOSH IGC/Diploma and Industrial Safety Diploma are advantages but not mandatory.

Experienced strategic safety professional with strong technical expertise in occupational health & safety regulations and environmental compliance.
Proven track record managing EHS systems, audits, incident investigations, emergency response, and contractor safety in large corporate environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to influence safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
