Own and evolve the end-to-end technical architecture of the VisioGen platform including cloud-native microservices, AI integration, security, and multi-geo scalability.
Lead design, coding, code reviews, proofs of concept, and set engineering standards with measurable SLAs/SLOs for reliability and performance.
Build and mentor the engineering team while collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, clinical operations, and IT to translate business needs into secure, scalable solutions.
Minimum Requirements
12–20 years in software engineering with 5+ years in designing and scaling distributed systems or SaaS products in production.
Hands-on experience with .NET Core / C# and Microsoft Azure services (AKS, App Services/Functions, Service Bus, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB, Entra ID, Key Vault, API Management).
Proven hands-on experience building and shipping GenAI solutions (RAG and/or agentic systems) in production environments.
Practical experience with microservices, containers, Kubernetes (AKS preferred), event-driven architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technical leader strong in hands-on architecture design and implementation of complex SaaS and AI-native platforms rather than presales or delivery management.
Experienced in healthcare technology domains with understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, PHI, HL7/FHIR, and EHR/EMR integrations.
Proven team builder and mentor adept at raising engineering standards, structuring teams, and driving efficient Agile/DevOps workflows in regulated or gated release environments.
