Single Carrier Specialist - Landside Operations

Own end-to-end execution of landside shipment operations including booking, planning, delivery, and order closure using SAP TMS Planning.

Manage transport optimization through vendor allocation, scheduling, and handling operational changes, while ensuring performance and compliance.

Ensure data accuracy, cost validation, timely order closure, and proactive exception management collaborating with vendors, terminals, customers, and internal teams.

Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or shipping industry for external hires.

Proficiency in SAP Transportation Management System and transportation dispatch workflows.

Willingness to work rotational shifts and comply with a five-day in-office work expectation.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experienced in managing complex shipment execution in logistics with a proven track record in vendor coordination and operational control.

Detail-oriented with ability to maintain high data accuracy and system integrity within SAP TMS processes.

Capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and proactively managing exceptions to minimize disruptions.
