Minimum Requirements
Over 7 years of professional Salesforce development experience with enterprise project delivery.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce integration via REST and SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security standards, and sharing rules; experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing complex Salesforce customizations and scalable integrations in enterprise environments, preferably with Agile exposure.
Skilled in both declarative (Lightning Experience, Process Builder, Flows) and programmatic Salesforce development with end-to-end delivery responsibility.
Capable of mentoring teams, driving development best practices, and adapting to evolving Salesforce platform innovations and security/compliance requirements.
