Provide technical and functional support for Oracle HRMS, UK Payroll, SSHR, and OTL modules with compliance to HMRC regulations.
Develop and maintain WebADI templates, OAF customizations, and PL/SQL code to enhance payroll and HR processes.
Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams for requirements gathering, implementation, and maintain documentation for audits and users.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6 years experience supporting and enhancing Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) applications, specifically in HRMS, UK Payroll, SSHR, and OTL domains.
Strong hands-on expertise in PL/SQL development including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Hands-on experience with UK Payroll compliance (PAYE, NI, pensions, RTI submissions) and familiarity with WebADI and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced professional with deep functional knowledge of UK Payroll legislation and processes within Oracle EBS environment.
Technically skilled in developing and customizing Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules including PL/SQL, WebADI, and OAF.
Operates effectively in cross-team coordination involving HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders and managing environment refreshes and production cutovers.
