Own financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for assigned development programs including clinical trial budgets and spend monitoring.
Maintain financial forecasts within Hyperion and communicate program financial performance including P&L implications to cross-functional teams and external collaborators.
Lead initiatives to streamline financial processes and standardize templates across therapeutic areas, and perform ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, scientific, or quantitative field.
3-5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated ability in forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering, ideally within science or research-driven environments.
Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, actuals reporting, variance analysis, and managing financial data within Hyperion.
Work Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid)

Able to translate operational development plans into detailed financial forecasts and manage complex budgets for clinical programs.
