Principal Client Project Manager

Lead and direct multiple concurrent client projects or programs, including management of complex projects across various geographies and technologies.

Interface with all project stakeholders from concept to final implementation, ensuring delivery meets scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Provide pre-sales support, coordinate project teams, manage client escalations, and mentor junior project managers where applicable.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, project management, or related field.

PMP certification required; ITIL certification beneficial.

Extended project/program management experience in multinational professional services environments.

Work Experience Required: Extended client engagement and project lifecycle management experience; managing projects with financial and business constraints.

Experienced managing complex and multi-geography projects/programs with strong stakeholder engagement at senior leadership levels.

Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining detailed scope and change management.

Strong commercial acumen with proven skills in client relationship management, escalation handling, and influencing business decisions.
