Connected Lab Junior Analyst

Support deployment, configuration, integration and continuous improvement of LIMS and laboratory data management solutions, focusing on enabling Day 1 operations for Bengaluru Technology Centre.

Collaborate with laboratory users, digital teams, data specialists, vendors and project teams to gather requirements, support implementation, testing, user adoption and sustain digital laboratory transformation.

Contribute to laboratory data governance, integration of workflows and systems, and support AI, analytics and reporting use cases through improved structured data access.

Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or related discipline.

3-5 years relevant experience in laboratory operations, laboratory informatics, business analysis, digital transformation or data management.

Experience gathering, documenting and managing business and user requirements supporting technology deployment projects.

Ability to engage multidisciplinary stakeholders; strong analytical and process mapping skills.

Experience working with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), ELN, SDMS or other laboratory informatics platforms is preferred.

Familiarity with laboratory workflows, sample lifecycle, testing processes and laboratory automation or equipment integration.

Comfort working within hybrid project delivery approaches and collaborating with technology suppliers, vendors or system integrators in digital transformation contexts.
