MIS Executive

Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and MIS reports to support data-driven decision-making for facility and administrative functions.

Perform advanced data analysis including trend identification, cost optimization, and operational improvements through statistical and predictive modeling.

Manage financial reporting, invoice validation, audit preparation, compliance documentation, and automation initiatives for facility management teams.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in data analysis, MIS, business intelligence, or facilities/finance reporting with proven dashboard creation skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query, macros) and mandatory hands-on experience with Power BI.

On-site work location: Mumbai, Maharashtra; ability to work rotational shifts supporting 24/7 facility operations.

Experienced in facilities management or finance reporting environments with a strong analytical and reporting focus.

Skilled in creating impactful, automation-enabled dashboards and managing multiple reporting projects with accuracy and audit readiness.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, operationally demanding settings requiring coordination with cross-functional teams and adherence to regulatory standards.
