Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure pricing aligns with company and client requirements; manage P&L, cash flow, and risk modeling for major deals.
Lead/support commercial reviews and presentations; introduce and deploy consistent pricing processes, tools, and improvements across regions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related business area.
2 to 5+ years relevant experience in Facility Management or Corporate Real Estate, preferably with pricing and commercial modeling experience.
On-site work location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; ability to manage multiple work streams under time pressure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in commercial real estate pricing and commercial modeling with familiarity in facility management contexts.
Capable of independently managing complex financial and commercial models, communicating effectively with internal and client stakeholders including board-level presentations.
Strategic and analytical thinker with strong commercial acumen and system skills, able to drive process improvements and handle client-facing negotiations.
