Minimum Requirements
2-5 years of software engineering or backend development experience.
Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java with experience in backend frameworks like FastAPI, Spring Boot, or Flask.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservice architectures, and databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.
Bachelor's Degree preferred; combination of coursework and experience may be considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building scalable cloud-native backend services for AI-powered applications and automation.
Familiar with AI technologies including LLM APIs, Generative AI platforms, Agentic AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain), and RAG pipelines.
Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and CI/CD tooling.
