About This Role

Own technical delivery and hands-on development of enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET, SQL Server, APIs, and Microsoft Azure.

Lead and manage a small development team including technical guidance, code reviews, and performance management.

Apply AI-assisted development throughout the software lifecycle and integrate AI-enabled features and workflows in enterprise applications.

Minimum Requirements

8+ years of professional software development experience, ideally within 8-12 years range.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.

Mandatory expertise: C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC/Core, REST API design/integration, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Microsoft Azure, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development tools.

Experience managing a small development team and performing technical leadership duties.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in independently resolving complex engineering problems in enterprise software contexts.

Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams while remaining hands-on in coding and development.

Proficient in leveraging AI tools to improve software quality, developer productivity, and delivery efficiency within agile environments.
