Minimum Requirements
7-9 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or SRE with strong monitoring/observability focus.
Proficient with New Relic APM, infrastructure monitoring, logs management, and advanced NRQL.
Hands-on experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Mandatory degree: BE/BTech in Information Technology or related discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting and governing observability solutions in enterprise integration or multi-tenant environments.
Skilled in custom telemetry instrumentation using Java, Python, or Go and automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Capable of leading cross-functional stakeholder teams, providing SME guidance and improving operational monitoring practices.
