Sr Engineer, Digital Workplace Engineering

Manage and improve Microsoft 365, Intune Suite, Purview, Copilot, and related digital workplace technologies, focusing on endpoint stability, security, and integration with other IT systems.

Build and operate automation and agentic AI workflows to reduce manual administrative tasks and scale digital workplace team impact.

Handle day-to-day operations including patching, incident management, troubleshooting, and knowledgebase documentation within engineering and AI governance frameworks.

7+ years managing or supporting IT systems and platforms.

3+ years experience with digital employee experience, endpoint management, analytics, and automation tools.

Proficiency with scripting/programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and experience implementing endpoint device modern management.

Mandatory high-speed broadband internet (minimum 50 Mbps) and ability to set up wired home network connection for remote work.

Hands-on engineer comfortable with implementation, testing, and operation of endpoint and digital workplace technologies under established engineering and AI governance.

Experienced in automation and AI workflows with knowledge of agentic AI concepts and low-code/no-code AI platforms within organizational guardrails.

Familiar with ITIL or similar IT operations frameworks and integrating digital workplace tech with identity, security, and compliance teams.
