Lead Workplace Engineer

Design, architect, and improve Microsoft 365 technologies, Intune Suite, Purview, Copilot, and related integrations to enhance digital employee experience and security.

Lead development and governance of autonomous agentic AI solutions that automate digital workplace workflows, setting standards for AI engineering within the company.

Manage endpoint hardware, software, services, security monitoring, incident resolution, integration of digital workplace with adjacent IT systems, and provide technical mentorship to support teams.

10+ years managing or supporting IT systems and platforms.

5+ years implementing digital employee experience (DEX), endpoint management, analytics, and automation tools.

Demonstrated coding/scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, C#, or similar, with production-level automation/integration experience.

Capability to build or deploy agentic AI solutions and familiarity with responsible AI security and governance practices.

Deep expertise in digital workplace technology management including endpoint management, identity and access management, and cloud-based collaboration platforms.

Experienced in continuous engineering/agile methods to handle frequent changes and complexity reduction.

Proven ability to lead AI automation initiatives with hands-on experience in agent design, production code development, and AI governance.
