Minimum Requirements

Proficiency in Java 8+ (Java 17+ preferred), Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate, Gradle, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and basic Linux command-line skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
Experience working in cross-functional or Agile teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building secure, high-quality Java microservices with Spring ecosystem in Agile environments.
Comfortable handling operational responsibilities like CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and production issue diagnosis.
Ability to make implementation decisions within architecture/security standards and collaborate across business, product, QA, and operations teams.
